IntaStella Services cc (refered to as IntaStella), it's members, affiliates, licensors or any third parties that appear herein shall
not be held liable for any loss or damages, be it indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive and consequential damages,
damages resulting from a loss of profit, data or any disruption when using, or the inablility to use the website, services,
content or information.
Products and Services
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, be it direct products of IntaStella, or third party products or services, these
are subject to terms and conditions set out by IntaStella and/or the relavent third party. The services of IntaStella
may NOT be available in every country.
Disclosure of Information
All documentation, images and content are the copyright of IntaStella or made available under license unless
indicated to the contrary. Information contained herein, may strictly not be reproduced, republished, stored, distributed,
transmitted, procured, altered or resold and any such conduct may constitute copyright or trade mark
infringement and render the doer criminally or civilly liable. The contents of the document contained herein,
may only be perused once the confidentiality agreement has been signed. Where an agreement has not been expressly signed,
the contents of the confidentiality agreement will be presumed to remain effective in the interests of protecting
IntaStellas proprietary information.

or distributed in any way unless permission is granted via written approval. All other trademarks that apear herein are the property
